 She is a lawyer specializing in Intellectual Property and Arbitration procedures. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in laws in 2006, a postgraduate diploma in business law in 2007, and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property in 2010 at the Yaoundé II University, Soa after having been called at the bar in the year 2009.

She is now an accredited agent with the OAPI under the name Besolo Eposi IP Sarl & Associates and an appointed arbitrator under the List of Arbitrators in Cameroon. With over 12 years of experience in the field as an intellectual property, litigation, Competition Law, Investment, Real Estate, and Energy Law lawyer and a managing partner.

Barrister Clarkson Zacharie Ngwa

Attorney at law.

After academic training, he entered the professional field as a legal assistant at Law Corporation Firm, and Partners Law Firm. He was later called to the bar in the year 2024. From all his experience, he was able to develop a solid skill set, including: – Land law and litigation – Drafting contracts and procedural documents – Civil law and procedure – Criminal law and procedure – General commercial law – Employment and social security law – Credit law and enforcement.

Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in International Law. He concluded his academic pursuits at the University of Bertoua, earning a Master’s degree in Contract Law.
